Trance is a phenomenon where you have a different level of consciousness. If you are in a trance, you are less sensitive to external stimuli, but you do not sleep and you are not unconscious. You can compare it to being immersed in a film or book and not noticing that you are being called.

This state of being is very natural, which is achieved through guided relaxation exercises. You are and remain fully aware and always know what is happening.

In trance you are in contact with your inner world, with your subconscious. At this level, the subconscious, changes are initiated through awareness and processing. Blockades are removed.

These changes provide insight, which subsequently improves the quality of life, for example by experiencing more freedom, peace, inner strength and wisdom.
